Run for Tomorrow Training

Week 30 - 2/10/2013
Travel with me as I travel around the world.  I am honored to be one of 10 team members on Run for Tomorrow.  Run for Tomorrow is a continuous relay-style run around the world by a ten person team of experienced distance runners.  The team will raise awareness about the importance of healthy living and exercise.  Losing both parents to diabetes makes the journey very special and close to my heart.  We are also attempting an official Guinness World Record for "Longest Relay"  This will make my 3rd Guinness record.  We leave on this amazingly awesome adventure on September 15, 2013 from Canada.  Check out the website for more details  www.r4t.org and Follow us on Facebook. http://www.facebook.com/#!/R4Tomorrow?fref=ts
