Fabulous, Fit, and over Fifty
What does it take to power walk a marathon? It takes endurance and strength. As a power walker we are out there much longer than runners. 26.2 miles may seem extreme at the time but your body will built up endurance and strength over time with training. Believing that you can power walk a marathon will get you to the finish line too!
Life has two rules: number 1, never quit!; number 2, always remember rule number 1.
